CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice Period: •Honestly, we have all been in the position where life can be unpredictable and out of our control. However, following the cancellation time can allow me to be prepared and offer the time slot to other clients. A 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling will be required. Late cancellation: •Cancellations made less than 24 hours before set appointment time will result in a automatic 50% service charge for services over $100, and 40% for services under $100. Late reschedule: • Late reschedule made less than 12 hours will require an additional deposit for the service upfront to secure your next appointment.
